Vanilla Wafer NA Beer

Creating a non-alcoholic brew takes expertise, especially if you want to preserve all the aromatics and characteristics that make it so good. At the O’Fallon Brewery, we know NA brews. This brew starts with a variety of lighter colored malts and adjuncts including pale malt and corn, adding cookie like flavor and sweetness to the beer. Just before finishing we add cold pressed Madagascar Vanilla that ties in all the attributes of this classic cookie.
